ClusterDextrin™ for fuel, dual carbs for better absorption, and hydration support for endurance.

Think of Endurelite Perform Elite Pre-Workout Sticks as a no-stim fuel for endurance, not your typical pre-workout. No caffeine, no wild stimulants, no ingredients for big pumps. It's built to tackle what really holds you back in long sessions: getting carbs in, keeping your stomach happy, staying hydrated, and replacing electrolytes. Perfect for endurance training or any workout that goes longer than the hype from a regular pre lasts.

The main player is 15g of ClusterDextrin™—that's highly branched cyclic dextrin, a top-tier carb that empties from your stomach fast and has low osmolality, meaning it doesn't pull water into your gut as much. In real terms, it gives you energy you can use without that bloated, heavy feel that messes up your run or ride. It works great with fructose, so this has 5.3g fructose and 5.3g dextrose. Dextrose uses the SGLT1 transporter (which needs sodium to work), and fructose uses GLUT5. Studies show mixing them lets your body absorb and burn more carbs total during long efforts, compared to just glucose.

This beats a basic carb powder because dextrose and ClusterDextrin™ handle the glucose part, fructose adds another way in, and sodium helps with uptake and hydration. It's a smarter way to fuel up. If you're trying to hold your pace or power late in a workout, this is what keeps you going.

Electrolytes are present in moderate

Endurelite Perform Elite by Endurelite contains 25g Total Carbohydrates, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 15g ClusterDextrin™ — this is the main fuel, a premium carb called highly branched cyclic dextrin that empties from your stomach fast with low osmolality. You get real energy without the gut heaviness of cheaper carbs.
  • 5.3g fructose + 5.3g dextrose — not just random sugars; they make a system where glucose carbs use SGLT1 and fructose uses GLUT5. Research says this boosts total carb absorption and use during endurance workouts.
  • 25.6g total carbs per serving — that's enough to make a difference in tough sessions, especially when you're going long and motivation isn't enough without real fuel. This is all about providing what your body needs to perform.
  • No stims at all — zero caffeine means it's good for evening workouts, back-to-back sessions, or anyone wanting real support without messing up sleep. The benefits come from actual fueling, not jacking up your nervous system.
  • Electrolytes mixed right in with the carbs — 100mg sodium, 90mg potassium, and 65mg chloride help with fluid balance, nerve signals, and muscle work. Sodium also helps glucose get absorbed through SGLT1, so it all ties together.
  • Citrate forms for minerals — calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, and sodium citrate are in here with chloride salts. These dissolve easy and mix clean, like in good hydration drinks.
  • 625mg leucine in a 2:1:1 BCAA ratio — the BCAAs are modest but balanced. They're here to support during workouts, not act like a full muscle-builder.
  • Full transparency on doses — carbs, electrolytes, and BCAAs are listed with exact grams and mgs. In a world of hidden blends, this lets you see exactly what you're getting.

Endurelite Perform Elite by Endurelite contains 25g Total Carbohydrates, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Runners doing long tempos, intervals, or weekend miles who want carbs before and during without heavy sports drink feel. 15g ClusterDextrin™ plus 5.3g fructose and 5.3g dextrose give multiple carb paths better for output than stim pres.
  • Cyclists and triathletes who get gut issues fueling on the go. Highly branched cyclic dextrin clears fast with low osmolality, making this great for efficient stomach handling.
  • Hybrid trainers mixing lifts with rowing, sleds, or circuits over 45 minutes. Provides carbs and electrolytes instead of caffeine covering up low fuel.
  • CrossFitters in hot spots where hydration and carbs limit you. Sodium, potassium, chloride, and carbs support absorption and energy better than amino-only pres.
  • Evening workout folks wanting support without caffeine killing sleep. Stim-free means late use without recovery hits.
  • Marathon or cycling preppers testing race fuel in training. Glucose-fructose mix matches endurance research for better carb use.

How to Use

Take one serving 20-30 minutes pre-training for carbs to kick in early. For over 60 minutes, sip during instead of all upfront— keeps carbs and electrolytes coming. Mix in 8-16 oz water based on taste and gut feel; more water for long or hot sessions. Use a shaker for best mix— beats stirring. Fine on empty stomach, but better with a light meal 1-2 hours before tough workouts. Stim-free so add caffeine if you want alertness, but don't skip the fuel part. Stacks well with creatine and high-sodium hydration in heat. No cycling needed without caffeine. Store cool and dry, sealed from moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: it's like a light carb drink, no stim buzz if you're used to that. 10-20 minutes: settles easy and starts feeling like real fuel. 20-40 minutes: shines if you were low on energy or hitting hard intervals— you feel the support. 40-90 minutes: less drop-off, more steady performance as you go. Day 1-7: hits right away since it's fuel-based, not something you load. Weeks 2-4: you get better at timing it, sessions improve, and you see performance is about carbs more than hype.

Key Ingredients

  • Sodium — 100 mg — Supports hydration and glucose transport during training
  • Potassium — 90 mg — Helps maintain fluid balance and muscle firing
  • Chloride — 65 mg — Completes the core hydration mineral system

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Endurelite Perform Elite Pre-Workout Sticks contain caffeine?

No. Based on the verified formula provided, this product is completely stim-free and contains no listed caffeine sources. Its performance effect comes from 15g ClusterDextrin™, 5.3g fructose, 5.3g dextrose, and an electrolyte blend rather than central nervous system stimulation.

What makes the carbohydrate blend in this formula different from a basic sports drink?

The formula combines 15g ClusterDextrin™ with 5.3g dextrose and 5.3g fructose. That matters because glucose-based carbs and fructose use different intestinal transporters, which can improve total carbohydrate absorption and oxidation during endurance exercise compared with a single-carb formula.

Is 15g of ClusterDextrin™ a meaningful dose?

Yes. Fifteen grams is a substantial inclusion and clearly positions ClusterDextrin™ as the backbone of the formula rather than a label decoration. In practical terms, it provides a premium carbohydrate base designed for faster gastric emptying and lower GI burden than many cheaper carb powders.

Can I use this as an intra-workout instead of only pre-workout?

Absolutely. Because the formula is built around carbohydrates and electrolytes instead of stimulants, it works very well sipped during training, especially if the session lasts longer than 60 minutes. Many endurance athletes will get the best results by splitting the serving across pre- and intra-workout.

Are the BCAAs in this formula fully dosed for muscle building?

Not as a standalone muscle protein synthesis product. The formula includes 625mg leucine, 312.5mg isoleucine, and 312.5mg valine in a proper 2:1:1 ratio, but that is a modest support dose and not comparable to a full EAA or high-leucine recovery formula.

Is this enough electrolytes for heavy sweaters?

For moderate sessions, the built-in electrolytes are useful support. For very high sweat losses, hot-weather training, or long endurance events, the 100mg sodium and 90mg potassium are likely better viewed as baseline support rather than full replacement, so stacking with a dedicated hydration product can make sense.

Can I stack this with coffee or a separate caffeine capsule?

Yes, because the formula itself is stimulant-free. That said, caffeine should be added intentionally and based on tolerance, because this product is already handling the carbohydrate and hydration side of performance support.

Is this product better for lifting or endurance training?

It is more specialized for endurance and long-session performance. Lifters can still benefit during high-volume or conditioning-heavy blocks, but the formula’s strongest advantage is its carbohydrate delivery system rather than pump, focus, or heavy-stim gym effects.

Can I take it on an empty stomach?

Most users can, and many will tolerate it well because ClusterDextrin™ is chosen partly for gastric comfort. If you are sensitive to training with carbohydrates on an empty stomach, start with more water or split the serving across pre- and intra-workout.

Does this formula need to be cycled?

No cycling is required. There are no stimulant tolerance concerns built into the formula, and its benefits are acute, meaning they come from using carbohydrates and electrolytes when training demands them.

Nothing Exceptional but Gets the Job Done
Color: Blue, Size: 4.3-Quart, Color: Blue, Size: 4.3-Quart
I’ve owned this 4.5 Qt. Amazon Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven for almost two months and have used it three times to date. Upon arrival and at first glance, the gradient blue color is beautiful and super glossy; most importantly, the pot is heavy for its size - as it should be. It looks exactly like the product pictures, with a globular shape than square shape as others. Unfortunately, I also noticed that there was one pin hole and two tiny uneven protrusions on the enamel inside the pot. I own three other enameled cast iron cookware from two other brands (photos attached for size comparison) and performance wise, this cast iron by Amazon performs equally to them. The pot isn’t exceptional or special but it gets the job done. Other than the pin holes and protrusions, I have no complaints. This isn’t my first rodeo so when heating up the pot and while cooking, I have zero issues. I am starting the pan off at 4-Stars and will update my review as time progresses, or if I have any major issues with its durability or performance in subsequent months. For the amateur home cook, or for anyone who is new to cast iron cooking, below I’ve included tips that you may find useful while using this or any other enameled cast iron cookware. ================================ Regarding the 3 Photos and 1 video I've Attached: (Note: all photos were taken with an iPhone under kitchen lights during the evening. Photos have not been edited nor enhanced.) Photo 1: Size comparison of this Amazon Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven compared to three other enameled cast iron cookware that I own from two other brands. From left to right: 7 qt. Tramontina, 4.5 qt. Amazon, 3 qt. Lodge 4 qt. Tramontina. Photos 2 and 3: fresh produce shown next to 4.5qt Amazon Dutch Oven for color and size contrast. Video: 4.5 qt. Amazon Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven on gas stove over medium heat, with food cooking. ================================ TIPS THAT YOU MAY FIND USEFUL While Using your cast iron dutch oven: (Note: I included these similar tips in my review of a different enameled cast iron pot from a different brand. My tips can apply to all enameled cast iron cookware) 1. If you find that you have issues with food sticking, it could be that you are not heating up your cast iron pot properly to prevent undue hot spots. I heat my pot up gradually starting at low, then medium, then high heat. After my pot is very hot is when I add my fat/cooking oil. As the oil is heating up in the pot, I lift it and swirl the oil around to coat all sides of the pot that will come in contact with food. 2. Take into consideration the temperature of the items you are adding to your heated pot. As a general rule for cooking: when ever possible, ensure that the items you are adding to a hot pot are at room temperature, rather than ice cold from the fridge; this will assist with even cooking. 3. Also, get comfortable with adjusting your heat by lowering and raising it based on what you’ve added to the pot. In general, you will need more heat at the beginning of the cooking process, and less heat towards the end. If you cook by recipe, I highly recommend that you read all the steps ahead before starting, so that you become familiarized with all the procedures, allowing you to maneuver accordingly when you start cooking. 4. At the exception of searing meat to achieve a brown crust, deep frying, or when caramelizing onions, you should be stirring your pot (I recommend using a wooden spoon) every few minutes when cooking in cast iron that is placed over high heat. If you are braising on the stove at low heat versus braising in the oven, the frequency of your stirring will need to be adjusted. No matter how you’re cooking though, a watchful eye on the pot plus stirring, should both be a habit not an afterthought. 5. For all cooking vessels in general but especially for cast iron: after cooking, allow your pot to cool down completely before cleaning. NEVER immerse a hot cast iron pot into cold water, nor pour cold dish water into hot pot. You risk not only being scald by dangerous steam, but you also risk weakening the enamel, therefore lessening the durability of your pots over time. 6. This cookware and others like it from Tramontina and Lodge are economical and if used correctly, will perform well for most cooking; if used correctly, they should also last for years. Nonetheless, if you can afford it, authentic enameled cast iron cookware made in France by Le Creuset is the best way to go. Le Creuset is the gold standard in cast iron cookware and their quality is second to none. I definitely recommend this Amazon dutch oven but if you can afford to splurge, Le Creuset's reputation is stellar. As a professional chef, I've used them in high end kitchens and their quality and performance is premier.

Nice BIG enameled cast iron dutch oven. like LeCreuset but costs less
Color: Blue, Size: 6-Quart
This is nice quality, similar to the far more costly French LeCreuset brand. I was surprised how big this model is, possibly too big for my small kitchen and limited storage space. I store it in the oven. It would be great for baking sourdough boule bread.
