Familiar greens, ginger for gut ease, and an easy daily scoop

Project #1 Martha Stewart Wellness Greens is a no-fuss daily greens powder using stuff you know, not a bunch of trendy extras. The idea here is simple: get your veggies, herbs, citrus, and ginger in an easy-to-drink scoop. From what we see, it's a stim-free powder with a 1-scoop serving of 18.2g, 60 calories, and 1g fiber. But heads up, it's not fully broken down like some sports supps because they don't list individual ingredient amounts. That's important to know straight up.

The main green is organic spinach powder. Spinach packs vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll (that's the green pigment in plants), and carotenoids (antioxidant compounds). Studies on whole spinach show it helps with nutrients and fighting oxidation, but without the exact grams, you can't tell if it's a real dose or just a pinch in that 18.2g scoop.

Organic parsley powder brings in another common green with flavonoids (plant compounds that act as antioxidants), vitamin K from real food, and those fresh compounds that make parsley a go-to in healthy eating. Organic cucumber powder adds to the fresh vibe and keeps it feeling like real food. Celery powder, from Apium graveolens seed, stands out because celery seed and parts are used for digestion and staying hydrated. But seed is different from stalk, so more details on sourcing would make this clearer.

Organic ginger root powder is the most standout ingredient for what you'll actually feel, like better digestion.

Key Highlights

  • 18.2g per scoop — that's a solid serving for greens, not some tiny dusting just for the label. It feels like real plant stuff, not just flavors and traces.
  • Spinach as the base — this is one of the best greens out there for nutrients, with vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, and chlorophyll. It makes this a true greens powder, not just grass filler.
  • Organic spinach, organic parsley, and organic cucumber — mixing these known greens gives you a real-food feel. Each one adds its own plant nutrients, making it solid daily support instead of hype.
  • Organic ginger root powder — ginger's got real backing for helping your stomach feel better. A lot of people notice less bloating and easier digestion, especially if other greens hit hard.
  • Lemon juice powder plus apple juice powder — these aren't just for taste. They cut through the green earthiness, making it way easier to drink every day. That's key because you gotta like it to keep using it.
  • No stims here — it's made for everyday use without messing with your energy or sleep. Throw it in morning, lunch, or whenever, no worries about stacking with other stuff.
  • 1g fiber per serving — not a ton, but it shows there's actual plant material in here. It's greens support, not a full-on fiber bomb.
  • Ingredients you recognize — spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, ginger, lemon, and apple are straight from the produce aisle. That's a win for anyone who wants clear, food-like blends over mystery mixes.

Who Is This For?

  • Busy workers with okay meals but spotty veggies. This gives a quick greens hit with spinach, parsley, cucumber, lemon, and ginger to handle chaotic days.
  • Folks starting a morning routine who want light greens over heavy mixes. Lemon and apple make it easy to sip, key for long-term use.
  • Gym regulars on protein and creatine but weak on veggies. Adds wellness without messing pre-workout timing — stim-free.
  • People after gut-friendly daily help without intense detox or energy stuff. Ginger shines for stomach calm, greens back it up.
  • Travelers whose eating goes off-track away from home. Scoopable greens with real produce beat hunting veggies on the go.
  • Adults over 40 liking kitchen-style ingredients over wild blends. Spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, lemon, apple, ginger feel like smart basics.

How to Use

Take one serving daily, same time each day to lock in the habit. Morning fits most — refreshing lemon-apple vibe sets you up. Mix a scoop with 8-12 oz cold water in a shaker; shakes better than stirs, and cold tastes nicer. If greens are new or your stomach's picky, try half first to check it out, since ginger and plant powders hit different. Fine with or without food, but with a snack if herbs feel strong. Stacks easy with coffee, electrolytes, protein, creatine — no stims. No cycling needed; aim for daily. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry for best texture and taste.

What to Expect

First 0-5 minutes: tastes bright and green with lemon lift and apple sweet, not super herbal. 5-20 minutes: you might notice your stomach settling from the ginger. 20-60 minutes: no energy rush or pump — it's greens, not a pre. Days 1-7: builds routine, fills veggie gaps. Weeks 2-4: you'll like the steady habits and easy use more than any big wow. It's for long-term support, not instant feels.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Project #1 Martha Stewart Wellness Greens?

It is a daily greens powder designed to help support overall wellness with a recognizable blend of spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, lemon, apple, and ginger. It is best understood as a nutrition-support habit product rather than a high-performance or high-stimulant supplement.

How big is a serving of Martha Stewart Wellness Greens?

Available product data indicates 1 scoop is 18.2g, with 30 servings per container. That is a substantial serving size for a greens product, although the brand does not publicly disclose the exact amount of each individual ingredient within that serving.

Does Martha Stewart Wellness Greens contain caffeine?

No caffeine is disclosed, and the product is positioned as stim-free. That makes it suitable for morning, afternoon, or evening use and easy to combine with coffee or pre-workout without concern for stimulant overlap.

Can I use this instead of eating vegetables?

No. This works best as a backup and consistency tool for days when your produce intake is not ideal, not as a replacement for whole vegetables, fruit, hydration, and a balanced diet.

What ingredient in this formula is most likely to be noticeable?

Ginger is the ingredient most likely to create a subjective effect, especially in terms of digestive comfort and how the product sits in your stomach. The greens themselves are more about daily nutritional support than a dramatic sensation.

Is this a fully transparent label?

Not fully. There is no declared proprietary blend, which is positive, but the label data currently available does not disclose exact individual amounts for the listed ingredients, so the formula is only partially transparent.

When should I take Martha Stewart Wellness Greens?

Most people will do best taking it once daily in the morning or with lunch. Because it is stim-free, timing is flexible; the most important factor is using it consistently at a time you can stick with.

Can I stack this with protein or creatine?

Yes. This formula fits cleanly alongside protein powder, creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, and a basic multivitamin because it does not duplicate those products' primary functions and does not add stimulant load.

Does this product support digestion?

That is one of its most credible use cases. Ginger has meaningful evidence for digestive comfort, and many users prefer greens formulas with ginger because they feel easier to drink consistently than harsher plant blends.

Is this a good greens formula for beginners?

Yes, especially for people who want familiar ingredients and no caffeine. The main limitation is that ingredient amounts are not publicly disclosed, so it is beginner-friendly in experience but less ideal for data-driven shoppers who want full dose transparency.

Pretty darn good frother...
Color: Storage Cover Black, Size: Rechargeable
This is a pretty darn good frother/whisk, which we use primarily for mixing Crystal Light and LMNT drinks. It holds a charge for a long time and it is easy to recharge with the USB-C port and cable. My only complaint is that you must hold the power button continuously while operating it which is challenging to do using tall cups. It would be much better if is was a two stage on-off switch and had a longer wand, which isn't as long as it could be. But the unit is lightweight, easy to use and very versatile. Overall, I would buy it again.

Works great!
Color: Storage Cover Black, Size: Rechargeable
I bought this because the frother I had was very weak. Even with new batteries, it just never had much oomph. I liked the idea of it being rechargeable and no more batteries! I expected to have to charge it when it came, but it had full power. I have used it every day since it arrived, and it hasn't slowed down a bit. It is easy to use, just pushing down with my thumb on the top. I also love that it has a lid/case. When I bring it on a trip it is fully protected from damage. I highly recommend this frother. It is the best one I have had - and I have had quite a few.

Works way better than its price would suggest
Color: Storage Cover Black, Size: Rechargeable
A family member got frothed milk in their coffee and loved it, so they started doing it at home. They were using a wand mixer which is great at splashing milk all over creation but not very good at actually frothing it. I asked them what kind of frother they wanted and they gave me 2 criteria: Rechargeable, and inexpensive. They didn't want to spend a lot on something they might not like or might outgrow, and they didn't want to constantly be looking for batteries. This frother fits the bill. It recharges with a regular USB-C cable and comes with a short one (but not a wall plug so make sure you have one of those). It was also less than $11 delivered so not a lot to gamble on an occasional-use gadget. Does it work? Absolutely, and a lot better than I ever thought it would. I was given a demonstration and in 10 seconds I saw a small cup of half and half turn into frothy foam. I'll admit, it does taste pretty good in coffee. I 3D printed a stand to hold the mixer upright on the counter. Otherwise the base is too small and it tips over. That's not a complaint, just an observation. If you want it to stand upright, you'll have to do something similar. Otherwise, this thing is a good combination of simple, inexpensive, and effective.

I’m really happy with this electric milk frother. It is easy to use, rechargeable, and makes rich, creamy foam in just a few seconds. It works great for coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and even hot chocolate. The design is sleek and comfortable to hold, and it is very easy to clean after use. The battery lasts well, and I like that I don’t need disposable batteries. Overall, this is a great product for anyone who enjoys making coffee drinks at home. Highly recommended!

Great purchase
Color: Storage Cover Black, Size: Rechargeable
I've had my Circle Joy Frother since May 11th, and I've have used it every day. It's the best frother I've ever ordered or owned. It's powerful, works great and it's rechargeable, no batteries to buy for this one. I'll buy this one again if or when it stops working. I'm very satisfied.
