San Elk uses boiled dehydrated beef bones in our stock which is milder in flavour and also lighter in colour in comparison to regular beef which is darker brown. They don't use any colours, preservatives or additives in our stocks and the addition of turmeric, reishi and shiitake mushroom make our beef bone stock lighter in colour.

No maltodextrin, no palm products, no preservatives, no concentrates, no artificial colours, no MSG, no gluten, no lactose, no yeast. 

Dissolve 1 tsp per cup (250ml) of hot water or sprinkle as a seasoning.

160g makes 13 litres of stock.
