Aangeraden wordt om 3 tot 5 porties whey proteine isolate 90% per dag in te nemen.1 portie = 25 gram. Los 25 gram (3 eetlepels) op 250 ml vruchtensap, melk, yoghurt of water. Unfortunately, very cheaply made. It arrived with one of the connecting tubes cracked horizontally. Possibly due to bad welding. It is quite a headache to assemble. It was delivered on time but returned for a refund.

not enough screws were included to make the wall. I was able to locate more screws to finish building-so I didn’t have to return the product- but it was a pain and I got lucky finding the pieces I needed
