PolyMax™ PC-FR, gemaakt van de Makrolon®-familie van Covestro, behaalt V0-prestaties in de UL94-brandvertragendheidstest en toont uitstekende taaiheid, sterkte en hittebestendigheid. Dit filament opent nieuwe toepassingen in de auto-, spoorweg- en luchtvaartsector.

Aanbevolen instellingen

  • Nozzle-temperatuur: 250˚C – 270˚C
  • Printsnelheid: 30 – 50mm/s
  • Bed-temperatuur: 90˚C – 105˚C
  • Kamer-temperatuur: 90˚C – 100˚C
  • Bedoppervlak: vrijwel elk oppervlak met een dunne laag MAGIGOO PC
  • Koelventilator: UIT

Opmerking: Bij het printen met PolyMax™ PC-FR wordt aanbevolen een verwarmde kamer te gebruiken. Het wordt aanbevolen het geprinte onderdeel direct na het printproces te annealen om de resterende interne spanningen te verminderen als er geen verwarmde kamer wordt gebruikt. Anneal-instellingen: 90˚C gedurende 6 uur.
