Blad en bloei 

De klokvormige, talrijke bloemen van deze kleine soort Boerenjasmijn soort zijn roomwit gevuld en geuren lekker. De bloemen van deze kleine sierheester bloeien ongeveer mei en juni. De bladeren zijn lichtgroen van kleur en worden geel in het najaar. Deze winterharde Boerenjasmijn tuinplant verdraagt een temperatuur tot -25 graden Celsius.

Aanplanting dwergjasmijn in de tuin

Boerenjasmijn tuinplanten hebben als accentplant een grote sierwaarde in uw tuin. Deze populaire tuinplanten worden ook veel aangeplant in het openbaar groen. Deze prachtige tuinplant wenst een voedselrijke, vochthoudende tot vochtige bodem. Voor wat betreft de zuurgraad is ze vrij tolerant (pH = 5.5 - 8). Staat graag op een plekje in de zon of halfschaduw. Deze plant is goed te combineren met 'rotstuin' planten.

Boerenjasmijn Combineren met

Uitstekend te combineren met Clematis klimplanten, Sering struiken, Bruidsbloem, Blaasspirea, Spierstruik, Lobelia vaste planten of Schuimbloem bodembedekkers. Ook goed te combineren met Ooievaarsbek en Ridderspoor.

Bijzonderheden

De naam Philadelphus verwijst naar Prins Ptolemy II uit Egypte. Jasmijn planten zijn populaire tuinplanten omdat ze onderhouds vrij zijn en heerlijk geuren.
