Een elegante en levendige wijn van Chateau Val Joanis. Het is een van de typische wijnen die Val Joanis produceert in het zuiden van Frankrijk. Op het bergachtige gebied Luberon bezit Chateau Val Joanis prachtige wijngaarden. De wijngaarden liggen op kleiachtig kalksteen, wat een bijzonder karakter biedt aan de wijnen. De druiven kunnen genieten van warme dagen en koele nachten, wat zeer bevorderlijk is voor het rijpingsproces. Het geeft deze rode wijn een krachtig elegant karakter met veel fruit. Het is vaak de vraag of Luberon bij de Rhône of bij de Provence hoort. Het ligt 20 kilometer boven Aix-en-Provence maar het gebied behoort officieel tot de zuidelijke Rhône. Hoe dan ook, kan je invloeden van beiden verwachten. De wijn wordt traditioneel gevinificeerd. Wanneer de Syrah en Grenache druiven rijp genoeg zijn worden ze zorgvuldig geoogst. In de wijnmakerij volgt een strenge selectie, waarbij alleen de beste druiven overblijven. De fermentatie vindt vervolgens plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks met een schilweking van 10 dagen. Dit alles gebeurt bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur. Na het gistingsproces rijpt dertig procent van de wijn op Franse eikenhouten vaten voor de duur van 6 maanden.Smaakvolle tonen van Chateau Val Joanis Luberon Rood
Het resulteert in deze robijnrode Luberon wijn. Zodra de wijn wordt ingeschonken kan je genieten van de aroma’s van zwarte bessen, bramen en zachte kruiden. In de smaak een ronde wijn met veel fruittonen van zwarte en rode bessen. Deze worden vergezeld met smaakvolle kruidige tonen. Hierdoor past deze wijn uitstekend bij vleesgerechten.Shipping Notes

Love it!

Exceeded all expectations. Bigger than I imagined it would be, super soft and thick, beautiful color (Linen), and no funky smell at all. It seems very durable. After running my hands all over it, no shedding occurred. I have yet to sit on it myself, though, as my cat claimed it right away - didn't even wait for me to remove the tag! He's been there for hours and I'm thinking I've lost my snuggle buddy, so I bought two more in the smaller size so he can have his own on the bed with me at night. I am so amazed by the quality, feel, and color. I can't believe I almost let other reviews deter me from this purchase. 100% thrilled with this beautiful pelt. Absolutely recommend!
UPDATE:
I received the other 2 purchased. Just as soft, just as thick, consistent color (Linen), no shedding, no smell. They have been in use for several days now without any issues. Love them all - and my snuggle buddy is back! 🥰

It’s wonderful!!

The product is wonderful! You know it is real, coz the smell doesn’t go away. I use it to meditate and cannot how nicely it created the perfect comforting barrier to help elevate my experience. I however want to find alternatives coz I stopped using animal products after turning a vegetarian. The size (it is bigger in person than in the pic) and color(brown) are perfect for what I do and doesn’t need much/any maintenance!
The white however needs a lot of attention and care.I’m sure it would last a decade and the weight is just right too!

Beautiful lux sheepskin, you won't be disappointed!

I just got this today, 2 day delivery. It's a beautiful silver grey 2'x3', no smell, no shedding, super soft and has a luxurious feel. I can't believe it's real and so affordable! I have it draped on an ottoman in front of the couch. I love it and already want to buy a few more for my mid century modern couch and chairs. So chic! Highly recommend!
