Standplaats  Magnolia 'Susan' op hoge stam

Zorg voor iets zurige grond en een doorlatende, vochtige bodem. Deze soort wordt 3 tot 6 meter hoog. Het past dus prima in compacte tuinen. De groeisnelheid is gemiddeld, dus het duurt wel jaren voordat u deze hoogtes bereikt. De paars/roze, tulpvormige bloemen zijn groots en indrukwekkend in de maanden april en mei. Het groene blad daarna is mooi fris van kleur. 

Combineren met...

Kies een schaduwrijke plek waar het niet te droog is en de grond iets zurig (dus geen klei). Combineer met bodembedekkers zoals Schaduwkruid, Varens of Kaukasisch Vergeet mij nietjes en laat binnen 3-5 dag bij u thuis bezorgen.
