Door goede absortievermogen van de egaline, hechten lijmen voor de eindlaag uitstekend. De vloer is al beloopbaar na 2-3 uur en na 24 uur is het belegbaar. De UZIN NC 150 projectegalisatie voldoet aan CT-C25-F5 volgens DIN EN 13813 Cementegalisatie voor vloeren binnen toepassing.

De UZIN NC 150 egaline is geschikt als egaline voor betonvloeren, egaline voor tegelvloeren en als egaline voor vloerverwarming. De egaline kan verwerkt worden op diverse ondergronden, let hierbij wel op dat je de juiste voorstrijk gebruikt.

Ondergrond

De UZIN NC 150 projectegalisatie is toepasbaar op:

  • Cementgebonden ondergronden of beton (Primer: UZIN PE 360 PLUS)
  • Calciumsulfaatgebonden ondergronden (Primer: UZIN PE 360 PLUS)
  • Spaanplaat en OSB platen (tot max. 3mm) (Primer: UZIN PE 630)
  • Tegel- en terazzovloeren (Primer: UZIN PE 280)
  • Gietsafalt (Primer: UZIN PE 280)
  • Magnesiet- en houtmagnesiet (Primer: UZIN PE 280)
  • Ondergronden met oude egalisatie/ oude lijmresten. (Primer: UZIN PE 360 PLUS)

Verbruik

Om het verbruik uit te rekenen kan je 1,5 kg/m2 per mm laagdikte aanhouden. Voor een gemiddelde vloer van 50 m2 met een laagdikte van 3mm heb je ongeveer 11 zakken UZIN NC 150 projectegalisatie nodig.
