Tegelijkertijd biedt het de uitstekende grip en tactiliteit die ze nodig hebben bij het hanteren van de teugels. Voor dit wintermodel is de ROECK-GRIP® bovendien gelamineerd met een warme en zachte Micro Bemberg-voering. Het lamineerproces voorkomt dat de twee lagen verdraaien, waardoor een uitstekende grip en tactiliteit bij het hanteren van de teugels gegarandeerd zijn. De handschoenmakers uit München hebben ook veel aandacht besteed aan de afwerking: de afzonderlijke onderdelen van de handschoen worden zorgvuldig met de hand aan elkaar genaaid. Maximale naadtoleranties van slechts één millimeter zijn echter slechts een tastbaar kwaliteitscriterium, want comfort zelf is niet fysiek meetbaar. Het zijn de snitten en verhoudingen die het verschil maken. Hier profiteert Roeckl Sports van meer dan 180 jaar ervaring in de kunst van het handschoenmaken. Excellent (slightly) spooky read

Another great read by Meg Eden Kuyatt. I am not much of a scary books fan, but this one was so good. I especially loved that the main character has autism and we learn so much through how different members of her family treat her.

Fun educational book

This book is a big hit! My 5 year old son and I read it so many times since we ordered this in April. It has cute illustration and 60 flaps and pop-ups which make the book even more exciting. And because of this, I don’t recommend this book to young kids under 3 though. Some flaps might be tricky for younger kids. Even I as a parent learned so much about construction.

Great book, but the other book of the same author is much better
Format: Hardcover
This is a very high quality book, chock a block full of information about construction sites, with lots of imaginative flaps, things that swivel, move, and fold. HOWEVER...it is not as good as "The Ultimate Book of Vehicles" by the same author. The "Vehicles" book is more appropriate for kids 3 years and up: It is still full of awesome flaps, swivels, and things that move, but it is simpler, with pictures of the vehicle, the name of the vehicle, and maybe a few names of the parts of the vehicle. You open up a flap to see inside, make it move, etc. My son found it very interesting.
The "Construction" is really aimed for older kids, I'm guessing 5 and up, maybe even older. There are just so many words on the page, and so much information. The flaps are not as interesting as the previous book, and I found many of the moving parts to be "sticky", and my 3 year old ripped quite a few out within a week of reading the book. We have not ripped anything from the "Vehicle" book.
So I would say if you have an older kid who wants to gain a lot of knowledge about construction sites, this book is for you. But if you have a younger child (3 and up, any younger and they'd destroy the book), get the "Vehicle" book.

So Much Fun And Very Informative

This book has been a winner in our house since it arrived. Each page has so many flaps, spins, pulls and movement. So many new words and easy explanations for the kids. The pictures are beautifully designed and each time we look through it we find more details we missed!
The book is an excellent purchase and definitely worth every penny!
