At the front, six flat elastic bands are positioned over the instep to enhance ankle mobility.
At the back, the boot fastens with a long zipper combined with an elastic band that perfectly adapts to the shape of the calf. There is also a strap behind the knee and another above the heel, both secured with snap buttons.

Being Retired I'm always home and throughout my day i settle in different spots in my house to do different tasks or activities like exercise.
