Decimator DMON-6S Multiviewer

The Decimator DMON-6S Multiviewer is a powerful and compact 1 to 6 channel multi-viewer with SDI and HDMI outputs, designed for 3G/HD/SD video formats. This versatile device supports both 3G Level A and B on input and output, allowing seamless conversion between these standards. The DMON-6S features custom layouts with various standard configurations, enabling users to tailor the display to their specific needs. Each window operates independently, supporting any 3G/HD/SD format at any frame rate, and offers variable aspect ratios. The unit includes 16-character UMD overlay per window, 16-channel audio metering, safe action and safe title overlays, and center cross overlays, all with individual enables and adjustments. Tallies can be applied to tally boxes, outside safe action areas, or borders, with up to four tallies per window in green, red, blue, and yellow.

The DMON-6S also boasts low latency buffering for each input, ensuring smooth operation even with non-synchronous inputs. It offers linked SDI and HDMI outputs, selectable output formats in both full-screen and multi-viewer modes, and pass-through mode for routing any of the six inputs to both SDI and HDMI outputs. The device is controlled via an intuitive LCD and button system, eliminating the need for complicated LED/button controls or dip switches. Additionally, it includes a USB port for control and firmware updates, a 32 GPI on a 37-pin D-SUB connector for tallies and remote switching, and RS422/485 on a 37-pin D-SUB connector for dynamic UMD and tallies via TSL protocol. The DMON-6S is housed in a heavy-duty metal box with a metal thread locking DC power socket, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
