Misprint with incorrect running order.
Due to a mistake in the mastering process, some early copies of volume 1 of Charley Patton had track A1 be followed by what were supposed to be tracks B2 to B8; similarly, they had what were supposed to be tracks A2 to A8 on the B side, followed by what was supposed to be take B1.
In addition, these copies misspell Patton's first name "Charley" as "Charlie" on the back jacket and jacket spine.
The correct track list, as released on [r=4639056, was supposed to be:
