Gebruik
Verdun 1 koffielepel psyllium in 200 ml vloeistof 2 tot 3 keer per dag. Psyllium is erg rijk aan slijm, een plantaardige substantie bestaande uit oplosbare vezels die opzwellen wanneer ze in contact komen met een vloeistof. Loved the pillows

I don’t get paid for reviews so if you want a real one here ya go ….
These pillows are great in my opinion. They came vacuum sealed and popped right up “ big and fluffy” immediately, as in big enough I wasn’t sure they would fit in my pillow cases.
I used them last night and even though they are full, big and fluffy they still smashed down to a proper size when I laid my head down. First night in a long time I did wake up with a headache. I was extremely happy with these pillows.
Now cooling ….I didn’t really find a difference from a reg pillow but, that again just could be me. Hope this helps

Very thin & no support

I was thinking these pillows were going to be kind of firm with the way they are described and the picture but they are very thin and when I laid down on it, it was like whatever is in the pillow just instantly moved to each side of my head. Definitely not for me and my neck issues.
