Het domein beslaat 7.5 ha, sinds 2013 is de biodynamie, begonnen in 2005, Demeter gecertificeerd. Meeste percelen (drie gemeentewijnen en drie 1ers crus) liggen in en rond Volnay zelf, daarnaast ook twee gemeentewijnen in Pommard, een wijngaard in Beaune (Les Chardonnereux) en zowel witte (uit Meursault) als rode regionale wijnen waarvan de Bourgogne Pinot Noir Maison Dieu (onder Chateau de Pommard) de meest interessante is.

Beschrijving: Soepel en goed gebalanceerd, veel rood fruit, aardbei, kersen en framboos, ook tonen van rozenblaadjes, beetje mineraal en een lichte kruidigheid.

Lekker bij: Veel lichte vleesgerechten, maar ook heerlijk aan het eind van het diner met wat verschillende kazen.

Leuk weetje: De naam Février die later werd toegevoegd komt van Fréderics moeder.
