Dit chateau werd pas in 2009 aangekocht door Laurent en Neasa Miquel, welke de 8e generatie vertegenwoordigen. Echter hebben zij niet stilgezeten. Waar eerder de witte Auzines en de Rose Auzines werden bejubeld is het nu tijd voor Auzines Languedoc Laurent Miquel Rood. De huidige wijnmakers wilde een toegankelijke wijn maken met het mooiste dat de Languedoc te bieden heeft. De druiven worden geheel biologisch gebouwd en er wordt gebruik gemaakt met wat de natuur te bieden heeft. Juist de ideale omstandigheden van dit gebied later het ware, kwalitatief hoge, karakter zien van de druiven voor Auzines Languedoc Laurent Miquel Rood.Een gouden trio van Laurent Miquel
Voor Auzines Languedoc Laurent Miquel Rood is gebruik gemaakt van drie topper uit Zuid-Frankrijk. De Carignan, Cisault en de Grenache zijn drie totaal verschillende druiven, maar geven allemaal hun karakter aan deze rode wijn. De Carignan geeft de nodige body aan de wijn. De Cinsault, bekend om haar veelvoudige gebruik in rose wijnen, geeft zachtheid en souplesse aan Auzines Languedoc Laurent Miquel Rood. Ten slotte de grenache, welke een juist dosis fruit geeft aan dit succesnummer uit Frankrijk. Deze wijn lijkt alles te hebben. Intensiteit en aromatisch maar ook fruitig en enorm fris. Het beste wat je maar kan aantreffen in je wijnkast. De neus lijkt een geconcentreerde rode wijn te verraden, maar laat je niet van de wijs brengen. Zodra je een slok neemt van Auzines Languedoc Laurent Miquel Rood proef je toegankelijkheid, fruit, frisse tonen, maar bovenal gewoon een lekkere wijn. I’ve been buying Monster Zero Ultra for years and have it on subscription. It’s the one energy drink I consistently go back to. I've tried most others and they all leave me feeling weird.
I actually feel a noticeable energy boost from it, but without the downsides I’ve had with other drinks. No headaches, no weird jittery feeling, and no crash later on.
The flavor is also solid (this one and Ultra Violet are my go tos') , not overly sweet, and easy to drink regularly. I only buy sugar-free energy drinks, and this checks that box without sacrificing taste. I limit myself to one a day after the gym and water the rest of the day.
After trying a lot of different brands, this is the one that’s stayed consistent for me, which is why I’ve kept it on subscription.
