L'elegante colore è ottenuto mediante una breve macerazione con le bucce, seguita da una fermentazione in acciaio. Un vino perfetto per i momenti conviviali, che racchiude le emozioni dell’estate siciliana e nella sua veste rende omaggio ai suoi affascinanti tramonti.
Perfetto al momento dell’aperitivo, si abbina ai pesci in tempura e alle frittate di verdure.
