Recon is built using construction techniques inspired by the Orvis Helios series. That engineering gives the blank increased hoop strength for enhanced lifting power, pinpoint tracking for long casts, and smooth loading in close when the fish are right at your feet. It is a rod that adapts, whether you are tucking baitfish patterns up under cover or picking pockets in a headwater creek.
