- Step 1: Take 3 heaped tablespoons (approx. 30g) of Manna iStrong in a glass
- Step 2: Add 200ml (approx. 1 cup) of warm milk. Pour the contents into another glass and repeat the process to mix well and make a smooth drink
- Step 3: Your delicious nutritious iStrong drink is ready

If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered these shoes expecting them to be brand new since I paid full price and never selected any “used” option.
