The Human (DTX3L) E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase Dtx3L ELISA Kit measures E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase DTX3L in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human DTX3L antibody. DTX3L present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human DTX3L Antibody is added and binds to DTX3L in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated DTX3L antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human DTX3L. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Nice small bar cart

We have a bar area but it’s downstairs and we are usually upstairs so it’s not convenient. I wanted a little cart to hold a few items but not be in the way. After looking all over the Internet I found this one for a good price. I liked the ability to remove the top so we can bring just that into the kitchen or living room and it looks nice. I had to put it together and it wasn’t too difficult, took about 30 min, HOWEVER I used a ratcheting screwdriver with an Allen wrench attachment or else it would have taken a lot longer! (It does come with the little Allen wrench included so you don’t have to purchase any tools.) All the parts were labeled well and included a couple extra screws. I tightened it up good and it’s sturdy. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. If you just need a small cart this will work! PS you can opt to leave off the parts that hold the wine glass if you don’t need them/ or want more space on that middle shelf
