• Final payment is due within 2 weeks of receiving your invoice. Miss the deadline and you forfeit both your deposit and costume.

• Costumes are only shipped after the full balance is paid.

• Custom costume price doesn’t include cost of shipping or taxes. 

• We are not responsible for carrier delays. Tracking will be emailed automatically once shipped.

RUSH ORDERS & ADD-ONS

• Rush fee: $150 – Add the rush listing to your cart when booking.

• Headpiece: $25–$50 – Add the headpiece listing to your cart when booking.

• Guided Measurement Call: $35 – Add the call listing if you need help with measurements.

DESIGN & MEASUREMENT DEADLINES

• Submit the measurements form within 2 weeks of receiving it. Please check the video guide

• Once submitted, you'll receive a sketch (unless it’s a remake).

• You have 1 week to approve or request changes.

• Missing deadlines may result in order cancellation and forfeited deposit.

Measurements are final. We’re not liable for growth spurts or incorrect entries. If you want extra room for growth, include it in the numbers. Questions? Email us [email protected]!
