The largest expense for us is coaching stipends. The district only allows for nine (9) stipends and we have a need for 24 coaches to cover our three programs (Freshman, JV and Varsity). More than 50% of our budget goes to paying these coaches.
We have other things that we're investing in such as concussion technology and strength and conditioning resources. The money is also used to help fund the year-end banquet, team meals and of course, football equipment such as extra chin straps, helmets, shoulder pad kits, etc.
