Each puzzle comes with a puzzle key that has a full color printed image on the back side, x2 kickstands for the cover and a burlap bag to store after opening. If you purchase both there will be an automatic $8 discount applied to your order. These puzzles are printed in the shape of which the cover shows them and can be glued together to create a wall art piece once finished. Dr. Fizz is the first time we've designed these in a smaller size. We have slightly reduced the amount of pieces this time around in hopes for those who haven't been able to complete one can.

I am new to midterm renting but this book has been extremely enlightening. It has given me the needed confidence to pursue midterm rentals. I came into this thinking just of traveling nurses but Erin helped me see the broader picture. This is a great resource for anyone considering getting into property investment, particularly midterm or even short term rental. Her advice is practical as well as entertaining.

Erin's book was a lifesaver.

Erin's book was a lifesaver. We couldn't sell our house so we decided to Midterm rent it. The book covers all the essentials and most importantly makes you think that you can do this. After reading the book and listening to her youtube channel, I booked a consulting call with Erin and it was fantastic. Erin is well worth taking advice from.
