I am new to midterm renting but this book has been extremely enlightening. It has given me the needed confidence to pursue midterm rentals. Erin's book was a lifesaver.

Erin's book was a lifesaver. We couldn't sell our house so we decided to Midterm rent it. The book covers all the essentials and most importantly makes you think that you can do this.
