Bestens geeignet, um sich mit japanischen Kochmessern, deren Klingenformen und den dazugehörigen Schleiftechniken auf dem Schleifstein vertraut zu machen. Die Messer der Haiku Home Serie sind bei richtiger Handhabung sehr scharf: Knochen und Gefrostetes sowie Reinigen in der Spülmaschine sind wie bei allen anderen japanischen Klingen tabu. Die Messer einfach per Hand mit warmem Wasser abspülen und trocknen. Zum Nachschärfen verwenden Sie den HH-07 Schleifstein mit 800er Körnung.
