Der Tankring Basic von HEPCO & BECKER ist speziell für das Motorradmodell BMW S 1000 XR der Baujahre 2015-2019 konzipiert. Dieses Produkt ist darauf ausgelegt, einen Tankrucksack sicher und stabil zu befestigen, ohne die Funktionalität des Tankdeckels zu beeinträchtigen.

  • Der Tankrucksack wird durch eine mechanische Verriegelung sicher auf dem Tankring befestigt und mit einem deutlich hörbaren Klickgeräusch fixiert.

Technische Details

Im Lieferumfang des Tankring Basic sind der Tankring selbst sowie der entsprechende Gegenhalter enthalten, der abhängig von der Tankform und dem Lenkereinschlag am Tankrucksack angebracht wird. Eine Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis (ABE) oder eine Eintragung in die Fahrzeugpapiere ist für Tankrucksacksysteme in Deutschland nicht erforderlich.

Unterschiede zu anderen Tankring-Systemen

Im Vergleich zum Lock-it System von HEPCO & BECKER, das zusätzlich Magnete für die Zentrierung des Tankrucksacks verwendet, basiert der Basic Tankring ausschließlich auf einer mechanischen Verriegelung. Beide Systeme verwenden denselben modellspezifischen Metallring, jedoch unterscheiden sich die auf dem Ring montierten Domen: Beim Basic Tankring sind diese aus Kunststoff, beim Lock-it System aus Magnet.

Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass Tankrucksäcke und Tankringe innerhalb desselben Systems kompatibel sein müssen, da die Gegenhalter und Verriegelungen systemspezifisch sind.
