Es ist beidseitig silikonisiert, d. h. mit einer speziellen Antihaftbeschichtung versehen, und hat dadurch einen hohen Non Stick Effekt. Durch die hohe Hitzebestndigkeit kann es bis max. 220 C erhitzt werden.

Ein funktionales Hardware-Produkt für Küche, Gastronomie und Event-Setup. SAGA Kochpergament ist für die anspruchsvolleren Kochanwendungen entwickelt. Die Fettdichte, Ablöseeigenschaft und das Nassverhalten ist bei diesem Kochpergament besonders gut. Es ist beidseitig silikonisiert, d.h. mit einer speziellen Antihaftbeschichtung versehen, und hat dadurch einen hohen ´Non-Stick-Effekt´. Durch die hohe Hitzebeständigkeit kann es bis max. 220° C erhitzt werden. Gemüse, Fisch oder Fleisch können schonend im Saga-Pergament gedämpft oder im Wasserbad gegart werden, so dass alle Vitamine, Mineralstoffe und Aromen erhalten bleiben. Es kann zum Auslegen von Auflaufformen genutzt werden, wodurch sich der Spülbedarf verringert, und ist auch zum Einfrieren von Speisen sehr gut geeignet. Sogar zum Rollen von Sushis kann man es nutzen.
